Social Worker - Liverpool - D&A £42 Per Hour

Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join our clients Duty & Assessment team based in Liverpool.

This role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skill set whilst being surrounded by hardworking social workers with supportive management.

You will also receive the relevant equipment, training and introduction to the team to help you succeed.

Stable contract 6 months initially but will be on an ongoing basis.

Job Duties:

Provide front door support to children and families.
Carry out assessments and S47 enquiries, ensuring that short term packages of care and support are in place for those who need it
Maintain up to date, accurate and highquality records of activity on cases. Participate in a range of planning and decisionmaking forums including case discussions, Strategy Meetings, Legal Planning Meetings, Child Protection Conferences, Statutory Reviews
Hold a caseload of a level of complexity and provide case management, guidance, support and expert advice to social care staff, students, and newly qualified social workers, as and when required.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Postqualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
