The client is a retail organisation based in Manchester who operate a number of brands predominantly focusing on fashion and financial services.

The key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Lead include:

  • Managing the full recruitment process from entry level to mid / senior level roles
  • Working with hiring managers to identify the needs of the organisation
  • Creating attention grabbing adverts and campaigns to attract talent
  • Attending and creating networking events
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders

Profile

The successful Talent Acquisition Lead should have:

  • Experience in a recruitment role, ideally in-house
  • Experience attracting high calibre talent through a variety of methods
  • Ability to effectively prioritise conflicting requests
  • A collaborative approach to work, able to work well with colleagues in the wider People team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
