Description
The key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Lead include:

Managing the full recruitment process from entry level to mid / senior level roles
Working with hiring managers to identify the needs of the organisation
Creating attention grabbing adverts and campaigns to attract talent
Attending and creating networking events
Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders

Profile

The successful Talent Acquisition Lead should have:

Experience in a recruitment role, ideally in-house
Experience attracting high calibre talent through a variety of methods
Ability to effectively prioritise conflicting requests
A collaborative approach to work, able to work well with colleagues in the wider People team
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
