We are working with a large catering company with a national presence, who are looking for a
HR Administrator to join the team in Worcester on a full time (37.5 hours) permanent basis.


They are looking for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills and at least 1-2 years' experience working within a HR team, and are offering a salary up to £25,000 with 2 days per week working from home.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Acting as a first point of contact for any HR queries, triaging and escalating employment queries
  • Providing support covering the whole employee lifecycle
  • Completing HR Administration tasks, such as: processing new starters, checking returns of Right to Work, DBS and references for all new hires, salary changes and terminations, including offer letters, contracts of employment, amendment to contracts andleaver
  • Assisting the HR Services Manager and wider HR team with HR projects
  • Building effective working relationships across the business

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and be professional at all times
  • Experience in using HR Information Systems
  • Be flexible, with a 'cando' approach
  • Customer focused with excellent service skill
