An exciting opportunity has arisen for a secretary/ appointment scheduler to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective secretarial service for the Ultrasound Team.

The post will include supporting both the management and clinical team, with the scheduling of patients and the co-ordination of staff rotation across all sites ensuring the appropriate skill mix is available to meet the demands of the service,

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft office; full working knowledge of spreadsheets and word is essential.

You will have excellent communication skills, a caring positive attitude. Organisational skills, reliability and flexibility are essential to the role.

Informal meetings to discuss the role are encouraged.

Secretary/Appointment scheduler

The main duties of the role involve providing an administrative service to the Ultrasound department, co-ordinating and rotating staff. Scheduling appointments, updating annual leave charts, preparing induction packs.
