Press Brake Setter / Operator
We're looking for experienced Press Brake Operators / Setters for an established engineering company in the the Lytham area. Day and Night shifts available.


Job Duties

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements
  • Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and precise bending of sheet metal
  • Monitor machine operation to detect any issues or malfunctions
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Requirements:


  • Previous experience of working in engineering sheet metal production, setting and operating CNC pressbrakes
  • Previous experience of Trumpf Brake Presses
  • Understanding of 5s activities
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
**Hours of work:
- **Day shift
  • Monday
  • Thursday hours)
Night shift
  • Monday
- Thursday 6 pm to 6 am (46 hours )


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Pay:
£13.00-£18.00 per hour
