Customer Service Advisor / Call handler
X1 Sales and Lettings in Media City are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors on a fixed term temporary basis to join our Media City Branch in May September 2023

Your Role with us:_

Our busiest periods at X1 Sales and Lettings are during the summer months where we receive a vast quantity of telephone calls.

The role of the the Customer Service Advisor is primarily a Call Handling role where you will be expected to answer telephones calls at speed during the course of the day.

You will assist them with their queries and use our in-house system to schedule property viewings.

Do you have what we are looking for before you apply?_
Experience of working in a fastpaced office/customer service environment.
Interpersonal skills as you are engaging with prospective and current tenants
Ability to inform customers of solutions on offer in an empathetic way
Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude
Good administrative skills
Ideally worked in a call centre in a telephone based Customer Service position.
What do we offer?_
Full time work in our beautiful and friendly city centre office 9.30am 5pm starts Monday to Friday (with a lovely 4.30pm finish on a Friday)
