Key Responsibilities :
**Primarily using Alteryx and Tableau (among other software) to meet client design and business
requirement specifications.
Responsible for executing and monitoring core processes required to pitch and support client
deployments of our proprietary data analytics platform.
Support clients and client facing team members in maintaining connected platforms and ensuring data
integrity.
Translate technical concepts for the purpose of creating, distributing, and improving documentation,
training guides, and implementation guides.
Document, build, and maintain successful frameworks for compiling data analysis.
Provide introductory demos and pitch our data analytics platform to prospective clients.
Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
Work with close counterparts in other disciplines as part of a cross-functional team
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may
reasonably be required from time to time.**Key Skills : **
Skills and Knowledge:
You have 2-3 years' experience or a bachelor's or advanced degree in computer sciences, information
systems, engineering disciplines, mathematics, or related field.

You have experience with the following:

  • At least intermediate level building Alteryx workflows
  • Tableau and other visualization tools (Power BI, D3, ESRI)
  • Coding skills for analytics and data extraction (SQL, R, Python)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience performing analysis with large datasets.
Strong data analysis skills combined with a keen understanding of business.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing.

Ideally you have some expertise and understanding of commercial real estate.**Team Overview :**Savills is looking for a Data Analyst to join the EMEA occupier services team.

The Data Analyst will support our
proprietary data management, visualization and analytics platform to customize content and analysis relevant
to the firm's clients, as well as monitor and understand core systems and data processes for building new
functionality and content.
