Job objectives and reponsibilites
We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organise a range of projects, from simple activities to more complex scheduling plans, reporting to the Project Manager / Deliver Manager


As a Project Coordinator your responsibilities would include working closely with our Project Managers / Delivery manager to prepare comprehensive action plans to execute the work, including resources, timeframes to support project budgets and efficiencies.


You will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling and completing risk management systems, along with other administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and issuing supplier purchase orders.


To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects support activities are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.


Main duties

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Facilitate access for the Field Teams and manage the daily schedules
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager / Deliver Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Requesting quotes from Internal resource and suppliers, uploading to client's tools for approval
  • Raise Purchase Orders for suppliers
  • Create RAMS & CPP's
  • Ensure supplier work to forecast dates with PM / DM
  • Review Handover Packs/PPM Reports following project completion and upload to Client Tools
  • Approve to Pay Purchase Orders Once Final Accounts hve been approved by Client
  • Ensure Project Tracker is kept up to date with Key Milestones
  • Support on Client Triage Call

Person specification

  • Experience of working in planning & project coordinator on Telecoms or similar industry
  • Reliable and ability to get on with others, with excellent verbal reasoning skills
  • Experience of daily interaction and workload management of field engineers
  • Coordination and Planning skills excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload with accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the business and to external parties.

Health and Safety reponsibilities

  • Always follow Group and company policies and procedures
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
  • Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system
