People Advisor - Casework - Employee Relations - CIPD

Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to hire a People Advisor for a leading organisation in Bradford. The role is a One Year Fixed Term Contract with a high possibility it will go permanent.

This is an exciting position where you will be working alongside the Senior People team in supporting the strategic and operational people guidance.

As a People Advisor you will be:

Building excellent and effective working partnerships with managers and staff
Support the delivery of People and OD interventions.
Contributing to shaping the overall HR Strategy
Working closely with the Senior BP team to proactively deliver future focussed advice, guidance and support to managers
Help to identify and address through guidance and targeted development interventions the development needs and opportunities of managers and staff

Skills Needed:

CIPD Qualified at a minimum of level
Previous experience of working at People Advisor level
Successful track record in contributing to HR case work, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
Good Working knowledge and understanding of UK/European employment legislation
Ability to provide competent and accurate professional people advice to customers
