Mour Hotel is a 92 bedroom hotel that has a bar, restaurant and private function rooms for meetings and weddings. We are located just off J27 of the M1.
Beverage Assistant - Evenings

Purpose of job:
To ensure that drinks served to all guests exceeds their expectations to the Mour standards.

Provide excellent customer service
Have a warm and friendly personality
Ensure all drink is served and presented in accordance with company standards.
To demonstrate extensive knowledge of our drink menus allowing to advise customers on menu and food & beverage choices.
Have good team work skills
Daily maintenance, cleaning of the Bar & Grill, storage areas and all equipment, informing your Manager on duty of any problems; ensure that all of the Bar & Grill areas are well presented.
Meet & Greet customers in a warm, welcoming manner; react to all customer requests positively.
To be aware of food hygiene requirements and standards of cleanliness.
To be aware of health & safety in your workplace.
To comply with all licensing legislation
