Description

The One Group are recruiting for a proactive and enthusiastic Credit Controller to join an ever-growing solicitors in Peterborough on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will be a fast-paced position, and perfect for an individual who likes a hands on,challenging role.

Your responsibilities will include:

Recording chase history and agreed payment timescales
Resolving and monitoring any queries raised
Liaising with stakeholders on all debts, including conducting facetoface meetings
Analysing, monitoring and reducing debt
Raising of fee notes to clients

This role will be fully on-site, and will see you working alongside a friendly and inclusive team within the Peterborough office.

A good working knowledge of excel will be essential and the proactive approach to influence change in order to work more efficientlywill be highly advantageous.
