Ideally, you've held a Team Leader role that's equipped you with the essential skills and understanding to succeed here. And, of course, you're also dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. You will also have good communication skills and ideally the knowledge and understanding of clinical terminology.
As an Administration Team Leader, you will:
Ensure the work within the area of administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
Ensure that work is carried out to deadlines and within agreed working practices and procedures
Assist with the co-ordination, monitoring and use of staff resources across the location

Shrewsbury hospital, ranked as 'Good' in the last CQC inspection, is purpose built and well equipped with 30 en-suite bedrooms, 3 operating theatres, an endoscopy suite, an Ambulatory Care Unit, and a busy outpatients department which includes physiotherapy and diagnostic imaging.

We specialize in the areas of orthopedics, ophthalmology, cosmetic surgery, and women's health, but also undertake general surgery, urology, and interventions for chronic pain management.
