Byoot is an innovative and growing construction company that provides a full turnkey solution. We are actively seeking for Construction Tradesmen to join our team

Duties:

Lays bricks, tiles and building blocks to construct, repair and decorate buildings.
Perform various construction tasks such as electrical work, carpentry, masonry, welding, plumbing, roofing, painting, and fabrication.
Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
Installs plumbing fixtures, woodwork structures and fittings, and sets glass in frames
Pours and levels concrete, prepares surfaces for painting and plastering, and mixes and applies plaster and paint
Maintains and repairs steeples, industrial chimneys and other high structures, and installs and replaces lightning conductors
Selects, measures and cuts steel bars, rods and wire to required lengths, positions and fixes reinforcements into position and tensions as required using hydraulic jacks
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
Adhere to building codes and regulations

Skills:

Skilled in carpentry, including framing, finishing, and cabinetry
Knowledgeable in masonry techniques for bricklaying, concrete work, and tile installation
Competent in plumbing tasks such as pipe fitting and installation of fixtures
Capable of roofing installations and repairs
Proficient in painting techniques for interior and exterior surfaces
Ability to fabricate components or structures based on specifications
Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
Proficient in using a variety of hand tools for construction tasks
