About this opportunity


An exciting opportunity has arisen within the newly formed Identity and Authentication Platform, in a team with the purpose of offering enterprise level Identity and Authentication services for the entire Group.

The Platform needs to meet the Strong Customer Authentication regulatory commitments, enable security, innovation and to trailblaze within the industry.

The Platform will support and grow a wide range of products to serve the Bank's digital channels and steer on future strategies.

Here's how you'll make a difference- Releasing incremental value contributing towards a holistic portfolio of products, your main goal is to release value for customers (internal and external) by ensuring that the teams are working on the right priorities and progressing towards the agreed outcomes.- Operating decisively within a complex environment to deliver high quality outputs and challenge the status quo, we're looking for you to develop a culture of innovation and collaboration, role modelling a customer-centric approach at all times.- Creating an environment in which people bring out the best in themselves by providing autonomy and ensuring they feel safe to experiment.- Experience in creating and galvanizing a team around a common vision which will be the essence of your products: what are the problems we're solving, for whom, and why now is the right time to build it.- Ability to build and maintain networks with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues to influence and deliver the product roadmap and to build a team of teams environment across the bank.

This requires prior experience working closely with leaders and executives to shape product and capabilities to be exploited to reach desired outcomes.- Prior experience in working with technology product propositions, P&L (profit&loss) and pricing, preferably in a B2B context, with an enterprise/as a service software product proposition.- Ability to be the enabler of a thoughtful prioritisation and experience in evaluating the relative importance of work, ideas and requests to eliminate wasteful practices and deliver customer value in the quickest possible way, given a variety of constraints.- Strong and demonstrable experience of people management across different level of seniority, including domain experts and more generalist contributors.
