Trainee Care Coordinator-Lewisham

  • We are looking for a Trainee Care Coordinator to train and work along side our Senior Care Coordinator at our Lewisham Branch._

The Trainee Care Coordinator Job Role:

  • You will use your confidence to build relationships with the staff, service users, their families and external health care professionals.
  • You will use your knowledge of Excel and Word to support with office based duties as set out by your Senior Care Coordinator.
  • You will use your attention to detail,calm nature and professional approach to problem solve in an efficient manner.

Trainee Care Coordinator Essential Criteria:


  • Experienced in caring for older people, learning disabilities, mental health. autism and other complex needs.
  • A capable and confident leader with the drive and interest to grow and shape within a team
  • Willingness to learn rostering systems
  • Confident in your knowledge of LB Lewisham.
  • Passionate about delivering firstclass, person centred care.
  • A positive person, motivator and mentor,
  • Desire to complete Health and Social Care Level 3 (or have completed).
  • Hands on team player who is not resilient to care calls in an emergency situation
  • Unflappable and able to deal with pressured situations maturely and calmly
