We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join us to work on this project.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a high-calibre individual with a strong admin / project coordination background to join our passionate organisation.


The Role

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will manage back-office processes and functions of the Global Business Innovation Programme Project and liaise with businesses and specialists to ensure the high-quality delivery of our support services.


  • You will deliver key activities through strategy and relationship management as well as recruiting and managing new businesses.
  • Creating and recording key information and activities on Salesforce and tracking project milestones, you will collate information and manage delegate and partner queries.
  • Supporting the team in building visit itineraries, you will also conduct market research and carry out due diligence on applicant companies.
  • Additionally, you will collate and prepare information for brochures and presentations and assist with workshop and webinar preparation.
    About You
To join us as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:

  • A strong admin background
  • A great eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • To be capable of working under pressure
  • An interest in global markets and technology
  • Knowledge of Excel and experience in using CRM systems would be advantageous.
