Shift Pattern:
Office Day Shift to 15.30 Monday to Thursday and Fridays.

Location:
Bromford Industries Leicester - LE3 1UQ

Opportunity Summary:

We have a vacancy for a Production Controller.

Role Accountabilities:

Production Control

Ensure on time launch of WIP and associated documentation is achieved on a daily basis to enable the SIOP plan to be executed on time.
Attend Daily Operations Meetings to ensure all identified problems have containment and corrective actions allocated.
Support the Manufacturing function with the following Production administration activities:
Work-to-List generation
Split Offs
Stock Adjustments
Liaise with the Commercial function on Export Licences

Purchasing

Responsible for the effective day to day management of designated suppliers.
Ensure suppliers adhere to the terms of their contract or purchase order and execute contractual terms where applicable.
Ensure internal systems are kept up to date with supplier inputs (lead times, pricing, delivery dates etc) in accordance with internal measures.

Person Specification:

Worked within an Aerospace/Automotive production environment
Attention to detail and an analytical approach to work
Former MRP scheduling experience preferred, but not essential.
Good IT skills: Excel knowledge to help in assessment/review of data
Good communicator and able to work as part of a team
Able to prioritise work in line with schedule requirements
An understanding and alignment to our Bromford Values; Respect, Integrity, Safety and Excellence
