Business Administrator

What you'll be doing:


As a business administrator, you'll be directly supporting the day to day running of the firm with various core administrative tasks.


You will also:

  • Represent the firm with the highest levels of care, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and binding
  • Supporting by keeping files up to date and recording accurate information
  • Answer queries in a timely manner to ensure a positive outcome
  • Other tasks to be completed, please enquire for further information

The experience you'll bring to the team
It would be advantageous if you have previous administrative experience, as well as:

  • Passion for providing excellent customer service, polite and courteous.
  • Experience of working in a professional environment
  • Exemplary IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in multitasking and prioritising competing demands
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also be selfmotivated
  • GCSE English and Maths
