Business Administrator
What you'll be doing:
As a business administrator, you'll be directly supporting the day to day running of the firm with various core administrative tasks.
You will also:
- Represent the firm with the highest levels of care, integrity, and professionalism.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and binding
- Supporting by keeping files up to date and recording accurate information
- Answer queries in a timely manner to ensure a positive outcome
- Other tasks to be completed, please enquire for further information
The experience you'll bring to the team
It would be advantageous if you have previous administrative experience, as well as:
- Passion for providing excellent customer service, polite and courteous.
- Experience of working in a professional environment
- Exemplary IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in multitasking and prioritising competing demands
- The ability to work as part of a team but also be selfmotivated
- GCSE English and Maths
