Job Purpose:

The role of Head of Implementation is really important to us. You will be responsible for expanding upon our installation's strategy to ensure that our installation and activation activities are centred around right first-time approach and excellent customer experience at all times

This role will support installation, telematics devices and in vehicle dash cams.

These will be delivered at large volume (circa 10k installations per month, rising to 25k per month in 5 years) into customer vehicles in the UK, ROI and EU territories.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Telematics office where we work from 8:30am to 5pm. You'll report into our Director of Implementation.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Manage successful customer telematics deployments and technical work streams from sale to golive,
  • Be responsible for the overall performance of a 5person implementation team the quality of delivery, software practices, and personnel development. This team will be line managed by a head of implementation position which is in active recruitment.
  • You have been responsible for the delivery of improvements in terms of strategy, systems, processes and training.
  • Be responsible for working closely with 3rd party installers to support installation activities for SME customers both in UK and EU regions.
  • Deep understanding of largescale implementations across multiple sites and contracts
  • Collaborate with fellow colleagues across the organisation to ensure focus on installation activities is high.

What do we expect of you?

  • You have realworld professional experience with largevolume implementations.
  • Have real world experience or working with, managing 3rd party installation companies.
  • You have a record of success in clientfacing deployments (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/projects).
  • You have the ability to effectively manage priorities, deliver on time, and communicate effectively internally and with customers.
  • You are willing and able to hold a level 3 police clearance.
  • You have experience managing a team / teams to deliver industryleading results
  • Have an analytical approach to problem solving and issue resolution
  • You are a selfstarter who wants to get things done, can be relied on, and creates an environment where people can excel with the customer front and centre.
