Purpose:
Working closely under the guidance of the Creative Head to assist in the delivery of creative assets (online and offline) primarily to support New Product Development.
Outside of this you would also help with the creation of brand assets across the wider business.
As well as being an integral part of the creative team, the role would also involve working with the technical team to create assets to help their internal team and external clients.
All activities would involve working with the Head of Creative to ensure all assets are on-brand and to the correct standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Be an integral part of both the Creative and NPD teams in supporting marketing with assets to help with new product launches, such as brochures and installation guides and various other literature both on and offline.
Work with the Product Installation Manager and the CAD Technician on putting together technical documentation, including installation guides for both new and existing products.
Assist with the management of digital assets such as imagery and videos
Edit and finalise videos & photos in-line with company brand guidelines.
Update "Asset Bank" on rolling basis.
Small amount of market research to influence choice of photoshoot / content.
Plan ahead in-line with NPD new product forecasts and any Marketing plans
Work with ambassadors / influencers on new content
Ability to work across-teams assisting on projects when needed

Strong organisational skills
Competent in the usual Adobe Creative Cloud suite
Additional experience with HTML, motion graphics and design for digital media would be an advantage
Knowledge of formats and specification for both social platforms and print media
Management of digital photography and video assets, folders and files
Be able to work collaboratively and independently against set deadlines
Be proactive, with a hunger to learn and grow as the team expands
Self-motivated
Ability to adapt and respond to change.
Open and honest attitude to all
Strong written and verbal communication skills
