We are excited to be able to offer an administration apprenticeship opportunity working within the Medical Workforce team based at the City Campus of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
You will be able to understand and accurately convey verbal and written information and be able to remain calm under pressure and will present a professional and polite attitude at all times.
Main duties of the job
You will work alongside the team providing support in a range of duties including monitoring inboxes, maintaining detailed spreadsheets, producing documentation related to doctors pay, arranging inductions for doctors, electronic scanning of documents and updating records as well as other general office duties.
You will need good communications skills and will be supported to develop lots of new and current skills including; prioritisation, attention to detail, using your own initiative and the ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
This is a 15 month apprenticeship and you must be committed to work towards a level 2 qualification in customer service.
As an employee we will be committed to ensuring that a structured plan is in place to support and enable you to complete your apprenticeship.

Salary:
The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

NUH will scan your ID and right to work documentation in to the Trust ID system at your face to face ID appointment.
The system will run a check against the key security features within your documentation.The system will provide us with an outcome of your check which will be stored securely on your personal file along with all other pre-employment check documentation.

I understand this is an automated process and the information will only be used for these purposes prior to me taking up the position at NUH.
