Great Opportunity as an Immediate Start

  • Temporary Position based in Oldham

About Our Client:

A well respected, not for profit, housing association located in Oldham. Their mission is to improve lives and to be a trusted provider of quality homes to benefit the local community, deliver excellent landlord and support services, and create thriving and independent communities


The key responsibilities of a Payroll Assistant will include, but may not be limited to;**- Ability to input data on to the payroll system

  • Support within the Oracle project team
  • To deal with queries promptly in relation to customer service standards
  • Process transactions and information that has been provided is completed accurately
  • To share information and knowledge with the team to achieve improved financial processes
  • Provide support with payroll related queries.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Not for Profit and Charities background desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within Payroll
  • GCSE in Mathematics and English or equivalent
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Good attention to detail and able to priority workload effectively as well as meeting deadlines
  • Oracle software experience essential
  • Ability to commute to Oldham.

What's on Offer:


  • Immediate start opportunity
  • Temporary role (45 weeks)
  • Full time role 35 hours per week
  • Hourly rate between £ £15.00
  • Hybrid working on offer
