Description

The role involves / Duties

  • Inputting data and updating records on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Manipulating property registrations and contractor information details supplied by our client into an importable format on Excel.
Handling data queries and liaising with external clients to resolve the issue.

  • Producing reports daily and on adhoc basis from CRM system in an excel format for distribution to internal and external clients.
  • Analysing & checking data and identifying solutions.
  • Producing welcome letters for our clients on CRM system using the mail merge functionality.
  • Producing and distribution of MI reports for clients
  • Using inhouse systems and processes accurately and effectively.
  • Learning about the clients polices and services and keeping up to date with any changes.
    Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organisational, administrative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft package specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to produce consistent and accurate work even whilst under pressure.
  • Proven data entry working experience
  • Being selfmotivated and be able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately and being meticulous
  • Attention to detail
  • Being Flexible
  • Good computer skills and writing skills.
  • Ability to analyse data
