The role involves / Duties
- Inputting data and updating records on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Manipulating property registrations and contractor information details supplied by our client into an importable format on Excel.
- Producing reports daily and on adhoc basis from CRM system in an excel format for distribution to internal and external clients.
- Analysing & checking data and identifying solutions.
- Producing welcome letters for our clients on CRM system using the mail merge functionality.
- Producing and distribution of MI reports for clients
- Using inhouse systems and processes accurately and effectively.
- Learning about the clients polices and services and keeping up to date with any changes.
Key Skills & Competencies - Strong organisational, administrative and analytical skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft package specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to produce consistent and accurate work even whilst under pressure.
- Proven data entry working experience
- Being selfmotivated and be able to work on own initiative
- Ability to work quickly and accurately and being meticulous
- Attention to detail
- Being Flexible
- Good computer skills and writing skills.
- Ability to analyse data
