ABOUT THE JOB:

Responsible for booking, amending and canceling holidays for all internal employees in line with company policies and procedures.
Help our colleagues find their perfect holiday by having that allimportant TUI product knowledge.
Take ownership for manually calculating concession entitlements, accurately updating systems and other administrative duties that support staff benefits.
As part of your role, you will also regulate the Company's Business Travel spend through escalating noncompliance and reporting regularly to the different areas of the business when required.
Use a blend of inhouse plus various 3rd party travel websites and demonstrate an industrystandard knowledge of fares and ticketing.
You'll be passionate for results and achieve individual productivity targets to ensure that service level agreements for the team are met.

ABOUT YOU

A team player that is adaptable to change
Able to think on your feet and react quickly
An excellent communicator with the capability to build relationships with customers
Highlevel customer service skills, dealing with all levels across the business as well as high volumes of calls
Relationship building and maintaining with key suppliers and customer
Passion and a proven track record in the travel industry or business travel would be desirable
A Proactive individual who enjoys problemsolving, working in an agile way and making wellinformed decisions for the best of both the customer and company
