We are hiring for
Training Officer

Location :
Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in Andover Office

  • Prior expertise with planning and resource allocation for training activities
  • Should be able design the different training levels (individual, team, squad etc.) and the types of exercises conducted at each level.
  • Be able to conduct training exercises and strong understanding the Collective Training Model
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of current support processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, especially with high profile department members

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 8 months


Pay:
£70.00-£92.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
