Description

Are you an impact-driven assistant, ready to work closely with the leadership team of a venture-backed startup? If you're motivated by changing the way a generation interacts with their sexual wellbeing, and can see how your skillset can drive efficiency in a high-velocity team, our Executive Assistant role might be for you.

The perfect person will be high energy, extremely organized, candid and direct, personable, with high levels of emotional intelligence. We are looking for an attitude rather than specific experience.

So, you don't need to have worked in a startup - but it's crucial that you're comfortable with a high-paced environment and are able to execute under pressure.

At Mojo, we're sexually enlightening mankind.
Sexual problems can be embarrassing, we've been there. That's why we're changing the narrative around issues in the bedroom.

We've had crazy global growth, with over 250,000 members in 150 countries and counting.

We're backed by two of Europe's top VC firms, and you might even have seen us on the front cover of the Sunday Times.

The Role
You'll work closely with the founders, report to our CEO, and take ownership of driving efficiency at Mojo. Wherever you can find it. We will think of you as the guardian of time and your impact will be immense.

As a venture-backed company building a new category, speed is of the essence. Being efficient with our time will be the difference between success and failure. Your role is therefore mission critical.

As we are an early-stage start-up, there is room for you to have a huge impact on the future of the company and a large amount of autonomy to shape your role and get stuck in.

You should be comfortable adapting your role and responsibilities as the company grows.

We expect this might consist of:

  • Handle comms with external relationships and make everyone feel important and like they have an easy point of contact.
  • Run efficient diary management for our leadership team, track weekly work schedules, highlighting conflicts and opportunities to reschedule in favor of efficiency.
  • Organise and assist in prepping the monthly All-Hands meeting and quarterly board meetings.
  • Take notes in leadership meetings and drive ownership of meeting outcomes. This could be notes or highlighting followup actions, or looking for ways to simplify work streams to achieve the same results.
  • Identify and deploy strategies to reduce time spent on avoidable or repetitive tasks for the leadership team and an increase in time spent on strategic work (big slots in the day to focus etc).
  • Ensure the smooth running of Mojo's office, managing supplies and acting as the point of contact with our landlord.
  • Lead on tech supplies and order as and when needed.
  • Be the face of leadership in driving culture and making sure we are increasing talent density as we scale.
  • Run the onboarding processes, welcome gifts, company swag, and booking team sessions.
  • Plan and host company monthly socials and biannual team offsites, from endtoend, including travel, booking venues, and sharing details with the team
  • Plan, coordinate and organize travel arrangements for when team members are visiting London or traveling abroad.
We are building a team of people that have real ownership over the business.

To be successful here, you should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on anything that will help the business be more successful.
