THE OPPORTUNITY:
An excellent opportunity for a forward thinking and dynamic Finance Manager Transformation and Projects to join an organisation with an excellent brand heritage and reputation as an employer of choice in Leicester.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive transformational activity by focusing on simplification/automation, leveraging systems capabilities where appropriate
Review existing processes and identify the key areas for improvement/efficiency gains.
Ensure that gaps, weaknesses or inefficiencies in process design or performance are adequately addressed
Conduct independent testing and evaluation to ensure that process controls are robust
Lead on process improvement reporting - KPI reporting, analysis and commentary
Provide a key contact/support/advice to both internal and external audit teams on all matters relating to process improvements and change management
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will have first class stakeholder management skills and be able to influence throughout the business. You will also be ambitious and have the drive and determination to be a future finance leader.
Working knowledge of SAP would be highly advantageous
