This award winning Property Consultancy based in London W5 requires a Management AssistantThere are 300 employees in the organisation, this role is hybrid working 3 days in the office.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and management tasks across a variety of projects.
They include but are not limited to the following:
- Liaising with Surveyors to ensure property inspections are carried out.
- Document Management
- Logging incoming information and updating trackers through Excel.
- Attending sites, internal and external meetings to produce concise minutes.
- Manage monthly invoice process for the team; preparing monthly invoicing schedules and maintaining monthly invoice reports; drafting invoices.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings/events/lunches/workshops.
- Provide overflow support to other teams where necessary.
- Advanced Excel Skills
- capable of linking spreadsheets, graphical reports, look up formulae and analysis.
- An ability to communicate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload efficiently.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects. Sound MS Office knowledge and experience including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
