Role Description

Working within the Concerts and Head Office Finance team and supporting the Marketing Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for providing management accounting support and detailed analysis.

We are looking for an organized individual to deliver a widerange of Management accounts, and manage recharges and reconciliations.

You will have full support of a strong team, however the requirement will be to assume responsibility of your allocated tasks.

The role would suit someone who can build solid working relationshipsquickly and easily, works well on their own initiative and is able to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment, and has previous experience of working in a management accounting function.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

Demonstrable prior experience within an accounting function part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
Previous experience closing a month end and working to tight deadlines.
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables / V Look ups etc.

What the role includes

Working within the wider Management Accounting function to assist with production of Concerts, Head Office and Sponsorship month end management accounts with supporting variance analysis and commentary in accordance with the US group reporting timetableand liaise with UK and International Finance divisions as required.
Assist Finance Manager in a full business support service to Marketing Partnerships by producing a wide range of financial information to aid decision making, including financial analysis and overhead analysis.
Key liaison between Marketing Partnerships and Finance to ensure new deal contracts and renewals are properly reviewed, authorised and revenue invoiced in line with US SOX control framework.
Prepare Concerts and Head Office and Sponsorship balance sheet reconciliations, journals to comply with established SOX procedures handed down by Live Nation Corporate. This will also include provision of supporting documentation.
Liase with Marketing Partnerships Account Management team to raise monthly Sponsorship Invoices
Weekly Marketing Partnerships Sales and Aged Debt Reports
Reconciliation and coding of monthly intergroup recharge invoices
To undertake ad hoc projects as required by the Finance Manager, UK
