Sales Ledger Clerk- Temp Role - Thirsk, United Kingdom - Si Recruitment Limited

To accurately record and process sales ledger transactions on a timely basis. To collect cash from the Group's customers and help in the credit management cycle.Key tasks are:
- To chase overdue invoices with customers both electronically and over the phone
- To enter & match sales receipts on the sales ledger
- To take the lead in the invoice and payment deduction dispute resolution process liaising with customer services and the sales team as required
- To manage day to day the accounts receivable inbox and customer prices inbox
- To process rebate invoices, contras and other customer related transactions onto the sales ledger
- To undertake the credit control management cycle
- To complete the day to day reconciliation of sales interface between the factory and accounting systems
- To send statements to customers
- To update customer prices from information provided from the Sales team
- To assist in the entering of invoices on the purchase ledger (where time allows)

Contract length: 3 months

£11.06 per hour
