To accurately record and process sales ledger transactions on a timely basis. To collect cash from the Group's customers and help in the credit management cycle.


Key tasks are:

  • To chase overdue invoices with customers both electronically and over the phone
  • To enter & match sales receipts on the sales ledger
  • To take the lead in the invoice and payment deduction dispute resolution process liaising with customer services and the sales team as required
  • To manage day to day the accounts receivable inbox and customer prices inbox
  • To process rebate invoices, contras and other customer related transactions onto the sales ledger
  • To undertake the credit control management cycle
  • To complete the day to day reconciliation of sales interface between the factory and accounting systems
  • To send statements to customers
  • To update customer prices from information provided from the Sales team
  • To assist in the entering of invoices on the purchase ledger (where time allows)
40 hours per work Monday-Friday


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months

£11.06 per hour
