We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to join our Enrolment Support team to be responsible for offering apprenticeship training opportunities to existing and prospective learners and clients through inbound and outbound calls across a variety of sectors and offering the best possible to service to all.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the Enrolment Support Department targets in all aspects of sales and administration including phone calls to potential learners (B2C) and clients or business partners (B2B) of Lifetime Training.
  • Dedicated time in your week for CPD activities to support your development
  • Learning how to build trusted relationships with prospective learners and clients, as well as develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders within Lifetime.
  • Working towards and achieving individual & team KPIs, such as time spent on the phone and the personal delivery of 95 opportunities per month, with 80% conversion to appointment.
  • A minimum of 2hours talk time per day and 60 outbound dials.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience of working with clients, either face to face or on the phone along with having worked in a target driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • If you are organised, ambitious, target driven, and have a keen attention to detail then this is the role for you.
