Description

Develop best practice approaches to performance data monitoring to enable decision making and improvement activities to be planned and implemented.

Identify, deliver, and evaluate improvement activities to support delivery of diagnostic waiting times standards across C&M. Support the Programme Director and SRO in discharging their duties in relation to performance. Present highly complex, sensitive, and contentious information to deliver programme objectives and enable clear decisions to be made.


Ensure access to performance data and produce and maintain a suite of performance reports to meet requirements to support improvement in diagnostic services and performance.

Represent the Diagnostic Programme at external stakeholder meetings, including Regional NHS England
