A fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Administrator interested in working in HR to join a friendly, HR Team based in Bridgend.

The key focus for this role is providing administrative support for HR onboarding of all new starters. You will be robust in your management of all onboarding processes and able to challenge any inaccuracies.


Client Details
The role will be working within the HR department, based in Bridgend on a hybrid working pattern.


The position will be working initially on a fixed-term contract up until March 2023 with a possibility of an extension or permanent role.


Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:

  • Managing all onboarding of new starters
  • Liaising with Managers and advising on onboarding status
  • Liaising with new starters during onboarding
  • Processing DBS and compliance documents
  • Assisting HR team with daily administrative tasks
  • Issuing contractual documentation
  • Issuing, administering and logging all preemployment checks and processing details via HR payroll system.

Profile

The successful HR Administrator:


  • IT literate / competent using various MS packages
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience working with IT systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication
