TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT - ADMINISTRATOR

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9-5

£11.28 PER HOUR

IMMEDIATE START

To maintain complete, well organized electronic files in line with policies
Communicate with health professionals and families
Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders,health and medical professionals and other key agencies.
To Participate in an on call rota to support families outside of usual business hours
To be responsible for the management of private property rentals and correspondence to visitors
To provide additional administration support for colleagues, answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries, managing out going post etc.
To support colleagues with events

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To carry out any additional reasonable duties as requested by the Chief Executive.
Adhere to all the organisation's values, policies and procedures
Comply with the data protection regulations ensuring that information remains confidential and keep updated with relevant charity law and legislation including GDPR
Take responsibility for personal learning and development to support the learning and development of others and the whole organisation
Adhere to all health and safety policy and procedures when working from home, central offices, events and on the road
Ability to drive with access to a vehicle and a willingness to travel independently across the geographical area and occasional out of area travel (to other regions and head office)

Working with collaboratively with colleagues in head office and other directorates
