Lee Kum Kee is looking to expand the team in the Sales Support department and are searching for a
Chinese Speaking Sales Support Administrator.



Main job duties are:


SAP/OA Processing Roles:

  • Sales Order processing
  • Customer Master Record updates
  • SKU FG codes list update in SAP
  • Ingredients list upload to SAP
  • OA platform AI file upload

General Sales Support roles:

  • Update Sales Order Status Report
  • Arrange POP Material to customers
  • Provide Sales Order Forecast to Finance
  • Provide Sales Support to Sales Team
  • Raise Requisition form for POP/samples
  • Pack Shot preparation
  • Vendor invoices processing
  • Samples postage
  • Artworks final proofread

Enquiry Function

  • Handling customer request for product specification, production flow chart
  • Handling complaints from distributors & end users
- % ingredient breakdown to custom /authorities department for custom clearance


Admin Function

  • Stationeries & office supply Ordering and monitoring of stock level
  • Liaison with suppliers on Office maintenance & supply issue
  • Sourcing of Quotations
  • Managing Company car MOT, road tax, servicing, etc
  • Covering office switchboard, dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Mails Sorting

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Office Admin: 2 years (required)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • FMCG: 2 years (required)
Sales Support: 1 year (required)
