The Governance and Compliance Officer will be responsible for the maintenance of Business Compliance across the business.

To assist the Head of Business Assurance in the execution of duties to ensure the company is compliant to agreed standards both internallyand across its supply chain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company maintains SOC2 compliance.
  • Ensure the company maintains ISO27001 and ISO9001 compliance.
  • Assist with maintaining the Company's Business Continuity procedures, standards and specifications aligned to the ISO2230
  • Assist with maintaining an audit program across MHR supply chain, ensuring due diligence is performed on new and existing suppliers and issues are managed through risk management frameworks.
  • Assist with identifying the Company and Departmental Risks and maintaining risk registers.
  • Be a champion for Compliance, Security, Quality and Data Privacy
  • Making suggestions for changes and improvements to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with Root Cause analysis investigations when required


To undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably delegated by your manager in light of skill set and capabilities.


Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • ISO qualified
