At our recruitment agency, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Exec to join a global eCommerce website team.

This role is responsible for supporting the maintenance, evolution, and functionality of two brands' websites, including O&O and franchise websites.

Responsibilities of the Digital Product Exec include supporting the roll-out of a global centralized website strategy, managing development agencies and task backlogs, coordinating multiple projects, gathering user requirements for feature updates, and testing new content, SEO updates, and features across the global network.

The role will also involve setting up and maintaining new websites, booking systems, and analytics accounts.

The Digital Product Exec will proactively seek solutions to improve the customer experience, using data insights and user feedback to inform their decisions.

They will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining dashboards to monitor global site performance and provide insights to relevant stakeholders.
