Description

First Bus are looking for a Customer Service and Site Assistant

What will you be doing?

Replacing out of date cards (and transferring remaining credited trips to new card)
Available to acoomodate to late night shopping hours
Manage any lost property
Provide customer information
Opening and closing of the site gates
A.M. unlocking and P.M. setting of alarms in the buildings at both sites
Assisting visitors to site, contractors for repair and maint. etc.
Respond to any accidents on site (First aid and vehicle incident training will be provided)
Report number of trucks using overflow carpark for charging purposes

What are we looking for?

SIA Licence (preferred but training can be provided)
Organisation and planning
Problemsolving skills
Effective communication
Attention to detail
Customer service experience
