Description
The role covers...

Managing the events booking and contracting process from enquiry through to contract. Including input into marketing plan, managing enquires, capturing client requirements, putting together quotes and option, contracts and raising invoices.
This also includes organising show rounds, open evenings, wedding fairs and tastings.

  • 5 days per week across Monday to Sunday+
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Experience in the Events industry
  • Outlook calendar management
  • Experience in Sales
  • Experience in using a CRM system
  • Experience using Excel spreadsheets and using basic formula
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Powerpoint
  • Be able to work under pressure and keep calm
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Passionate about delivering amazing events
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:


  • Wedding event admin/sales: 2 years (preferred)
