Location - BradfordDivision - Construction (Retail)
Role Purpose:
To co-ordinate the flow of documentation as the focal point for all internal and external account enquiries and activities. To assist the team in all administrative related activities.
Key accountabilities
Build relationships with key contacts both internal and external, including clients, sub-contractors and suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Point of contact for internal and external contacts, ensuring expedient close out of queries
Create and maintain robust specific document control, filing, operation & maintenance manuals, and archive systems.
To manage and control all information received, using the appropriate software package/extranet system and clients' portals, wherever possible.
Provide a secretarial and administrative service to the team and others as necessary.
Assist with wider responsibilities within the team as and when required
Co-ordinate meetings, the collation of reports and the follow-up of actions.
Provide additional administrative support as and when required.
Provide support to other relevant Administrators /Document Controllers.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the provision of documentation.
Skills & experience
Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills
Telephone experience
Organised
