We're hiring a Senior Quality assurance tester

to join our team to deliver projects for our clients across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on delivering Business Applications.

This is a full-time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for somebody who values being a mentor, somebody who is passionate about our profession, somebody who wants to not only join a community of QAs but play a key part in leading standards across that community.

This role might suit you if you are an experienced QA tester looking for a new challenge or are a contractor who is considering moving into a stable, high profile permanent role in a successful, accomplished yet growing team.

Our Team consists of QA testers of all skill levels, who have a wide range of experience across industries.

All of our QAs benefit from being ISQB certified, becoming accredited and leveraging ISTQB best practices to help guide our standards.

As a QA tester at Codec, you'll join the team, and most importantly - be made feel part of the team, from day one.

As a Senior QA tester you will work closely with Codecs QA mgmt. team to define and implement process and standards across the QA practice.

In broad terms you will be responsible for

You'll learn from us and we'll learn from you. You'll get plenty of support along the way. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do your best work. We work on trust, and everyone in our QA team values the flexibility that trust provides.

We don't expect you to know everything about the specific technologies we are delivering, now or after you decide to work here, but it would help if you know how to use no-code / low code tools such as configurable CRM systems, Power Apps, Dynamics 365 or similar tooling.

Our QA testers are dynamic and can adapt to changing customer requirements fast, its not one size fits all when it comes to outputs here, so we want someone who understands that every project and every client is different.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with demonstrable Senior QA tester experience. You might have delivered Microsoft Business Applications projects in the past. You might not. We care about what you can do and how you do it, not about how you got here. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills and be results focused. You'll understand different approaches when testing in both waterfall and agile projects. You are the type of person who genuinely wants your customers to feel they are getting value.

PAY

As an experienced QA tester, we expect to pay you what you feel you are worth and how we feel you can help our team.

We assess seniority relative to the existing team at Codec during the interviewing process and will offer you a competitive salary and benefits package relative to our existing team.
