Manufacturing Supervisor

Up to £30,000 per annum

Nottingham

Permanent position

Days

Job Description:


  • Working from production plans and drawings
  • Driving production forward to meet targets
  • Leading a team of up to 15 heads
  • Providing feedback to the team to ensure quality and development
  • Working in a busy and fast paced environment
  • Abiding by health and safety practices and policies
  • Working to deadlines and production targets
  • Planning workload & coordinating production
  • Training and development of staff
  • Communicate with various departments to align production

Essential Criteria:
Must have a minimum if three years' experience within a supervisory role

Able to read and work from engineering drawings

A strong engineering / manufacturing background

Must be able to work in a team

Confident identifying training and development areas ensuring staff are upskilled where they can be

Must be mechanically minded


The Package:
Up to £30,000 per annum

Ample overtime available paid at time 1⁄2

Day shifts Monday - Friday
