My client is a well-established, successful, Directly Authorised Independent Mortgage Brokerage. The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele.

Due to business growth the company are currently looking for an employed Senior Mortgage and Protection Advisor's to join their established & Growing team.

The company are a successful, growing business, providing you with the opportunity to develop your career further. Allowing this to be a long term/career-based opportunity with plenty of scope for personal growth.

Within this employed, office-based position
key features of the role include.

  • You would give mortgage and protection advice from the whole of the market.
  • Managing a Team of Employed and Self-Employed brokers both offices based and working remotely.
  • Growing the team of Brokers
  • Growing the company by creating new business opportunities.
  • Holding weekly team meetings.
  • Managing own existing client book.
  • Working to targets.

Key attributes:


  • Mortgage advising experience is essential.
  • In turn you must hold the full CeMAP qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills (both English written and verbal).
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
