We are seeking passionate individuals to join as PMLD Support Staff, working with pupils across ages 3-19.

Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with PMLD in various settings within the school.
Assist with personal care, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene tasks.
Implement individualised education and therapy plans under the guidance of teaching staff.
Support students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in learning activities.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students.

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with PMLD or similar disabilities is preferred.
A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with complex needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
A willingness to undergo training and development relevant to the role.
A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required for this position.
