This is a key role in an expanding team, with involvement in exciting transformation work for Children's Services and partners, and opportunities to contribute to a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities service improvements across social care, health and education.
The role will particularly involve working closely with managers in the Improvement & Transformation Team to assist in the planning and delivery of a range of initiatives, offering specialised project support.
You will be involved in:
- Providing a range of specialised support for a host of projects both large and small
- Monitoring and reporting on progress for key tasks
- Analysing information and data, then reporting back to leads to give insight and assist project management.
- Handling communication with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, including requests for information.
- Arranging and supporting the smooth running of a wide range of meetings with multiple stakeholders and producing detailed meeting minutes.
Skills and qualifications needed for this role:
- Well organised, with highly developed project support and administration skills.
- Able to work at pace, prioritise a complex workload and meet tight deadlines.
- An excellent eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good ICT skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- The ability to analyse and present information in a wellstructured way.
- The ability to produce detailed meeting records, focusing on relevant information.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A relevant qualification and / or relevant experience.
You will play an integral part in the success of a range of initiatives which will make a real difference to the lives of children, families and communities.
