Description

Our client based in St Neots is currently recruiting for not just one claims handler but two You will joining their busy claims team.

Main Duties

  • Logging new claims onto the group IT database
  • Accurately dispatching of jobs and update system with notes and task
  • Accurately and confidentially collecting policyholder excess payments
  • Accurately and timely updating insurance systems
  • Ensure SLA is kept to in line with client agreements
  • Liaise with subcontractors
  • Communication with Clients, Policy holders and Team
  • Ordering of consumables for Technicians
  • Any other adhoc tasks as they arise

Knowledge/experience/skills required

  • No previous experience required
  • Courteous, helpful, and professional telephone manner
  • Proactive approach
  • Computer literacy is essential (word, excel and outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Empathetic, confidential and friendly nature
  • Customer focused/facing skills
  • Team player
