Description
Holland Park Pre-Prep & Nursery are hiring for a Nursery Administrator.

The role is for a 4.5 day week, with 4 days being 8:15-6:15 with an hour for lunch and the half day being 8:1- 12:45 and can be either Monday or Tuesday.

We would ideally like somebody to start in the middle of March, but this is flexible.

Salary of up to £28,000 is depending on experience and qualifications.


Some of the Key Responsibilities:


  • Responding to enquiries, arrange tours and follow up on these.
  • Ownership of the admissions process and paperwork.
  • Ownership of the new staff paperwork and DBS checks and arranging staff training.
  • Managing bookings including regular and adhoc arrangements.
  • Managing the staff holidays and sickness process and assisting with the staffing schedule.
  • Proofreading observations, reports and other communications.
  • Maintaining the nursery website.
  • Maintaining the data held on the nursery management system.
  • Assisting with invoicing and payments.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills including use of Excel and Word and basic website management.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience with accounting and nursery management systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working in a nursery office environment is highly desirable and an early years qualification level 2 or above is an asset.
