Litigation Executive - EL/PL - Greater Manchester - Up to £40,000 salary - REF 549332CF

The Role

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm's Personal Injury department, it is now seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive who will manage their own caseload of pre and post litigation EL/PL files.

Experience managing a caseload
Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent organisation and timemanagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
