FMCG business based in
SIDCUP, is seeking an accomplished
INTERIM DEPUTY PAYROLL MANAGER (3-6 months)to join them on an interim basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of one of our fortnightly payrolls circa 8,000 employees
Customer service focus
Process mindset
Line management of 4 payroll administrators
Ideally some payroll qualification or qualified through experience
Multi site, services type industry experience ideally
Experience of fast moving, dynamic, noisy payrolls
Proactive and committed, honest and trustworthy
Strong communication skills, both written, verbal and presentational
Customer focused, understanding the needs of customers and the importance of providing solutions to satisfy short and longterm objectives.
Builds effective relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences others
Process mindset
