FMCG business based in
SIDCUP, is seeking an accomplished
INTERIM DEPUTY PAYROLL MANAGER (3-6 months)to join them on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of one of our fortnightly payrolls circa 8,000 employees
- Customer service focus
- Process mindset
- Line management of 4 payroll administrators
- Ideally some payroll qualification or qualified through experience
- Multi site, services type industry experience ideally
- Experience of fast moving, dynamic, noisy payrolls
- Proactive and committed, honest and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills, both written, verbal and presentational
- Customer focused, understanding the needs of customers and the importance of providing solutions to satisfy short and longterm objectives.
- Builds effective relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences others
- Process mindset
