Description
Protocol are working closely with a Further Education College based in Birmingham in their search for a Schools Liaison Officer on a full time, permanent basis.
This role offers up to £22,776 per annum.The role:
To promote the College's provision by building effective relationships with schools, external stakeholders, community organisations and potential students. Creating, developing and coordinating a programme of activities representing the college across the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing innovative strategies to maximise the College's recruitment within schools and
- Working with College Faculties and Business Development to understand their curriculum
- Attending schools and community events and liaising with other college staff to develop a
- Organising a broad range of regular college taster events and visits for school pupils with
- Faculty Administration Managers and the Business Development Team.
- Developing links with schools and other community agencies to promote the College
- Hold Level 2 English and Maths
- Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in relevant area ie business/lAG/customer service or travel and tourism
- Have demonstrable administrative, time management and organisational skills/customer service
- Have experience of working with young people/youth organisations
